Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vera Bradley purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of new, unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase with original tags attached. Returns are easy and convenient through our online portal or at any of our full-price retail locations.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided; please note that a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, include the return slip inside the box, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
